It was a truly difficult process, but having Cate as our advocate and champion put us at ease and made sure we were protected in what would have otherwise been a very risky deal. Even now, several weeks after closing when our business would usually be done, we're still talking to Cate about contractors and work on our house, and she's still reaching out to her contacts to make sure they do right by us.
